Dear Puerta Abierta Parents,
Thank you for all of your wonderful work
soliciting donations from businesses or
volunteering your own services or resources for
this year’s Subasta. Remember, we will get more
money for Puerta Abierta scholarships if we write
good item descriptions. Attached are PDF and Word
versions of the Item Write Up form and a document
on how to best fill it out. We would prefer that
you fill the form electronically and return it via
e-mail:
1. Download the form by clicking on form
title
2. Fill out the form
3. Save it to a spot on your computer where
you can find it (using the “save as” can help)
4. Send it as an attachment to
puertaabierta2008@yahoo.com
5. In the Subject line please include the
item title
and add "- Complete" or "- Needs Translation",
e.g.:
- Dinner for Two at Dixie Kitchen (New
Orleans Style) Restaurant – Complete
- 1 Hour consultation with Immigration
Attorney – Emily Love - Needs Translation
If you use the PDF version, we recommend that
